DESCRIPTION:Please join us as we welcome our guest speaker: Deann Rubin.  Deann holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Design from the University of Kansas in Lawrence. \nKnown as a fiber artist\, Deann has exhibited her handwoven tapestries nationally and internationally\, including St. Petersburg\, Russia\, Australia and Canada. Her tapestries were just exhibited in a sole exhibit at Craft Alliance Gallery. She also has shown her tapestries at the Jacoby Art Center in Alton\, Illinois in connection with “Innovations in Textiles”\, a St. Louis area fiber event. She has been seen on Channel 9 television in St. Louis and her work has shown in many professional magazines\, newspapers and Fiberarts Design books.  She will bring her beautiful work and share with us her story.  \n6:00 Social and Library \n6:30 Business meeting  Zoom available for Business meeting only.
