Annual Guild Challenge
Inspirations:
We are inspired by everything and everyone around us. This guild year we will welcome local experts to bring us their knowledge and personal stories of fiber art creation. Listening to others tell their stories inspires me to investigate my own story and how I can represent it in my art. Listening to others’ expertise inspires me to pursue excellence and detail and growth in my skills. Our guild challenge will be a little more personal. Find an item that inspires you. A photo, a mosaic, a sunset, a ripple in the ocean and use that to create a fiber art piece. You can really use your imagination to challenge yourself to create something new or recreate something old.
All meetings are open to the public. Bring a guest to share the fun.
