The Tie-Up, the guild’s newsletter, is published monthly except July and August. We encourage members to receive their newsletter by email (PDF file) to reduce publication costs and will include you on our email distribution list unless you tell us you need a paper copy mailed to you.
Send items, information, announcements, classifieds and advertising to the newsletter editor, Tammy Mann. Items for an upcoming issue need to be received by the 25th of the preceding month (e.g. items for the October issue must be received by Sept. 25).
Members may place classified ads to sell extra equipment or goods at no charge. For non-members there is a $2 fee for a classified ad. Commercial businesses can advertise in The Tie-Up at the following rates:

We offer a half-price guild year rate if an advertiser buys an ad to run in every issue (10 issues).
Rates per issue / per 10 issues:
Business card $5.00/issue or $25/10 issues
Quarter page $10/issue or $50/10 issues
Half page $20/issue or $100/10 issue
Full page $40/issue or $200/10 issue
